Every Egyptique piece is handcrafted in Egypt and shipped carefully around the world. If anything goes wrong we’ll make it right. Last updated: April 2026.
1. Our promise
All our artifacts and jewelry are made by hand, so small variations in color, texture, and finish are expected — they are part of the piece’s character, not defects. That said, if an item arrives broken, visibly damaged in transit, or materially different from its listing, we will replace it or refund you in full.
2. Damaged-on-arrival items
Open your package and inspect it on delivery. If anything is broken or damaged, email returns@egyptique.local within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (e.g. #EGY-XXXXXXX)
- Photos of the item and of the shipping box/packaging
- A short description of the damage
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) within 3 business days of confirming the damage.
3. Non-damage returns
If you simply change your mind, you may return an item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The piece must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- The buyer covers the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price (not the original shipping) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Custom and personalized orders
Custom pieces — personalized cartouches, scaled-up museum replicas, one-off commissions — are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or differ from what you approved in writing. We confirm every custom order with photos before shipping, so please review those carefully.
5. How to start a return
- Email returns@egyptique.local with your order number and the reason for return.
- Wait for our RMA confirmation — do not ship the package back before you receive it.
- Pack the item carefully using the original materials if possible and send to the address we provide.
- Email us the tracking number so we can watch for arrival.
6. Items that cannot be returned
- Custom and personalized pieces (see section 4)
- Sale / clearance items marked “final sale”
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items returned without prior RMA authorization
7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
