1. Are your pieces authentic ancient artifacts or replicas?

Every item in our shop is a handcrafted replica — not an original antiquity. Our pieces are made in Egypt by local artisans using traditional techniques and materials inspired by ancient designs. We do not sell, export, or ship genuine ancient artifacts: those are legally protected heritage in Egypt.

2. What materials are used and how are they made?

Our artisans work with authentic stone and materials — basalt, limestone, granite, alabaster, porcelain, and cast bronze — sourced locally whenever possible. Each product page lists the specific material, weight, and approximate dimensions. Small variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and part of the handmade character.

3. How long does shipping take and where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. Because each piece is stone, ceramic, or metal, we pack every order in custom protective crates — please allow 1–3 business days for careful packaging before shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight; duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Can I request a custom order, size, or inscription?

Yes. We regularly produce custom replicas, personalized cartouches with your name in hieroglyphs, scaled-up museum replicas, and one-off pieces. Email us a description (or reference image) and your preferred size, material, and budget, and we’ll quote a price and timeline. Custom projects usually take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.

5. What is your return and damage policy?

If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. For other reasons, returns are accepted within 30 days in original condition — the buyer covers return shipping. Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
